By purchasing or using any Divergent Servers service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Divergent Servers provides game server hosting, control panel access, and related services. Service details, pricing, and available plans are listed on our website and in your WHMCS client area.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Host or distribute illegal content of any kind
• Conduct DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network abuse
• Send unsolicited email (spam) or run spam-related services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

Violation of this policy may result in immediate service suspension without refund.

4. Billing & Payments

All billing is managed through WHMCS. Services are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your service at any time through your WHMCS client area. New customers are eligible for a 24-hour money-back guarantee. No refunds are issued after 24 hours except at our discretion.

6. Uptime & Service Levels

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for all services. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. Service credits may be issued for qualified unplanned outages upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

Divergent Servers is not liable for data loss, game modifications, third-party software failures, or any indirect damages. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups, though we provide automated backups as a convenience.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
